ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

FOR KEEN’S PRO PURCHASE PROGRAM

We're proud to partner with industry professionals and influencers who embody KEEN values and advocate for our brand.

Our KEEN Pros receive a special discount on KEEN gear, early access to product launches, and other promotions and offers throughout the year. We also love hearing your stories and getting feedback on our products so we can keep designing the best gear for getting out there and doing what you love.

We ask that you please follow the guidelines for KEEN’s Pro Purchase Program. By completing the application, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to the responsibilities outlined in our terms and conditions.

Please read all of the information below—including our KEEN Pro Policies—before
applying for the program.

KEEN Pro accounts are available to:

• RETAIL PARTNER EMPLOYEES: For store employees currently working for
our retail partners in the US and Canada.

• OUTDOOR INDUSTRY EMPLOYEES: For full-time employees of companies in
the outdoor industry that offer reciprocal pro purchase privileges.

• ADVENTURE TRAVEL GUIDES: For full-time employees of adventure travel
companies that offer outdoor programs and activities.

• BACKCOUNTRY SKI GUIDES: For backcountry ski guides, cat skiing and
heli-skiing services

• CLIMBING/MOUNTAINEERING GUIDES: Please provide current proof of
certifications.

• FLY FISHING GUIDES/SHOPS: For state licensed (if applicable) fishing guides. Please provide current proof of certifications and additional supporting documentation, including a current company brochure, catalog or personal advertisement listing your name as a guide, a personal business card from the guide service, or a letter of reference from the guide service you are employed by.

• NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS: For employees of registered 501C non-profit organizations.

• RIVER RAFTING, PADDLING OR SEA KAYAK GUIDES: For those working in the river (raft or kayak) or sea-kayaking guide business in either ownership or
actual on-river guiding. Please provide current proof of certifications.
Additional supporting documentation may include a current company brochure; catalog or personal advertisement listing your name as a river guide, owner or operator; or a personal business card from the guiding service.

• SKI/SNOWBOARD INSTRUCTORS: For current certified ski or snowboard instructors affiliated with the Professional Ski Instructors of America (PSIA) or the American Association of Snowboard Instructors (AASI). Please provide current PSIA or AASI credentials.

• SKI PATROL: For current, professional patrollers who are
employed full-time in season. Please provide current NSP division credentials.

• FIRST RESPONDERS: For current part-time and full-time first responders, including EMTs, paramedics, firefighters, and police officers. Please provide current first responder documentation or registry information.

TO APPLY:

Please create an account with your work email address. If you do not have a work-issued email address please provide an employee ID badge, or current pay stub with any sensitive information redacted or blocked out. Additional required information listed above per occupation.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN THE APPLICATION PROCESS:

WHAT COULD PREVENT AN APPLICATION FROM BEING APPROVED:

* Missing required documentation. If we do not receive the proper credentials to support your application, you will not be approved.

* Missing your business email.

THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT KEEN FOOTWEAR’S PRO PROGRAM:

Acceptance as a KEEN Pro is not guaranteed. Pro accounts expire one year after initial approval. Every year, you must submit a request for renewal on our site with updated credentials.

ORDERING AND SHIPPING:

Orders can be shipped to your home or your place of business only. There's a flat rate shipping fee, but expedited shipping services are available for an additional charge. We can't waive shipping fees for items mistakenly omitted from an order and we are not able to amend existing orders to add or change items.

We cannot retroactively apply a Pro discount to orders placed prior to receiving approval, or to orders placed at full price. We cannot waive the tax from Pro deal orders, as the discount is only for personal use.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND WARRANTY:

RETURNS: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your gear. Unfortunately, we can't accommodate late returns. KEEN will pay for the return shipping. Just log in to your account at Pro | KEEN Footwear to generate a
return label. Please note items placed with a Pro discount must be in new, unworn condition to be eligible for a return.

EXCHANGES: We do not currently have an automated exchange program. You'll need to generate a prepaid return label from your account and place a second order for the next item whenever you're ready. You'll be responsible for the shipping fees on the next order.

WARRANTY: As a Pro member, your KEEN gear will typically be used more rigorously and see harsher conditions. We reserve the right to consider damage
to Pro-ordered gear as normal wear and tear. If you have a defective product within 60 days, please email us at pro@keenfootwear.com.

RESALE PROHIBITED: We expect you to respect this access and use this discount exclusively for items you will use. Any abuse of the program will result in the termination of your Pro account. Purchase of KEEN products through the KEEN Pro program for resale is strictly prohibited.
